These Conditions define the terms under which VytalStack makes its application and services available to users ("you") and the terms of any paid subscription purchased through the service.

The service is accessible via the VytalStack mobile application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. You are responsible for your device, operating system, and internet connection. Core tracking features are available free of charge.
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. The app can be used locally without sharing personal data where indicated.
VytalStack offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription (monthly or annual). Prices are shown in-app before purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes, in your local currency where supported. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice.
Pro subscriptions are sold and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The order is confirmed when validated by the relevant store, which handles payment, invoicing, and renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Where digital content is supplied immediately upon subscription, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once access begins, to the extent permitted by law. Refund requests are handled by the relevant app store under its policies. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, infringe third-party rights, or use it to provide professional medical advice. You acknowledge that the service is a wellness tool and not a medical device (see Terms §4).
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.
Within the limits permitted by law, VytalStack is liable only for direct and foreseeable damage resulting from a proven failure attributable to it. We are not liable for misuse of the service or for health decisions taken without professional advice. See Terms §11.
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. VytalStack is privacy-first: your stack and journal are stored locally by default.
We may update these Conditions to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your use.
