1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using VytalStack, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use VytalStack. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. The service

VytalStack lets you log supplements, track adherence and wellness metrics, view insights and correlations, manage stacks, check interactions, and store lab results. Some features require a Pro subscription. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

4. No medical advice

Content in VytalStack — including insights, correlations, evidence grades, AI coaching responses, and interaction checks — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Supplement needs and interactions vary by individual. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or before changing your regimen.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for any credentials you create and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

6. Subscriptions & billing

• Free tier — core tracking is free to use.
• Pro — unlocks AI insights, full correlations, bloodwork trends, reports, and more, billed monthly or annually.
• Subscriptions are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by the app store per its policies. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before they end.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: reverse-engineering the app, attempting to access other users' data, scraping, reselling access, or using the service to provide medical advice to third parties.

8. Intellectual property

VytalStack, its design, logo, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your own data remains yours.

9. Third-party content & links

The app may reference third-party products, retailers, research sources, or evidence databases. We are not responsible for third-party content, sites, or products. Purchases from partner retailers are governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that insights or correlations are accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VytalStack and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You can delete your data in-app under Profile → Data & privacy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction], unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
