Open the Stack tab and tap the + button, or use the Quick Log button on the Today screen. You can search the catalogue, scan a barcode, or add a custom supplement with your own dose and timing.
On the Today tab, tap the circle next to a supplement, or tap "All" on a time slot to mark the whole group at once. Your progress ring and streak update instantly.
Reminders
Go to Profile → Notifications & reminders. You can enable or disable morning, midday, and evening reminders and adjust their timing.
Check that notifications are enabled for VytalStack in your device Settings, and that at least one reminder slot is on in Profile → Notifications. On iOS, ensure Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't suppressing them.
Pro & billing
Pro unlocks AI insights, full correlation analysis, bloodwork trends and PDF scan, weekly reports, doctor-share exports, and integrations. Core logging, adherence, stacks, and interaction safety checks are always free.
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel from your store account: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Subscriptions. See General Conditions §6.
Go to Profile → Restore purchases while signed in with the same App Store / Google account used to purchase.
Privacy & data
Your stack, logs, and journal are stored locally on your device by default. Features like AI coaching send only the minimum needed to answer your request. See our Privacy Policy.
Go to Profile → Data & privacy to export your data or delete everything. Uninstalling the app also removes local data.
Bloodwork
In Insights → Bloodwork, tap "Add". Enter markers and values manually (free), or use PDF scan to auto-extract them (Pro). Viewing your own results is always free.
Troubleshooting
Progress resets at midnight local time. If something looks off after travelling across time zones, reopen the app to let it refresh, or contact us with details.
Check your internet connection. Core tracking works offline; AI features need connectivity. If problems persist, update to the latest version or email hello@vytalstack.app.
